Development is considered to be structures or infrastructure but yet it is beyond that. Development goes beyond this as it relates to intellectual, social, psychology, economical and emotional situations. As a development practitioner, I have to address all these aspects in regard of uplifting the poor and marginalized community. It also encampus rights and advocacy. It is from this prospective that development can be measured.
